These terms govern your use of the AZ IT Hub agency website and our engineering consultation services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this site, submitting info to our intake portal, or scheduling consultations, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please exit the website.
2. Scoping and Project Agreements
Website scoping summaries, estimates, and calculator baselines are for scoping purposes only and do not constitute binding contracts. All active custom software development phases are governed exclusively by independent, mutually signed software service agreements (SOW) detailing precise milestones, deliverables, and payment timelines.
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Unless specified otherwise in a signed Statement of Work, all intellectual property (IP), database structures, design templates, and custom code modules built for you are transferred completely to your ownership upon full invoice payment. Until final payment is resolved, AZ IT Hub retains the intellectual property rights.
4. Liability Limitations
AZ IT Hub builds software using modern, type-safe development practices. However, we are not liable for business interruptions, data leaks, or server downtime resulting from obsolete third-party APIs, external server hosting bugs, database provider outages, or modifications made by client-appointed operators after deployment.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by local statutes, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively within appropriate regional jurisdictions.
